How-to-do Steps
- Begin by standing with your feet together.
- Shuffle to the side by taking a quick step with your lead foot and then bringing your trailing foot to meet it.
- After shuffling to the side, lift the outside leg straight out to the side.
- Shuffle back in the opposite direction and lift the other leg.
- Continue alternating shuffles and leg lifts for the desired number of repetitions or time.
