How-to-do Steps
- Sit in a chair with your back straight and feet planted on the floor.
- Clasp your hands together and extend them above your head, palms facing upwards.
- Gently arch your back and look up towards the sky, feeling the stretch in your chest and front of the shoulders.
- Hold the position for 15-30 seconds, then return to the starting position and repeat.
