How-to-do Steps
- Sit comfortably with a straight back.
- Gently tilt your head to one side, bringing your ear towards your shoulder.
- Use your hand to apply light pressure for a deeper stretch, if comfortable.
- Hold for 20-30 seconds, then repeat on the other side.
