How-to-do Steps
- Sit in a comfortable position with your back straight.
- Gently tilt your head to one side, bringing your ear towards your shoulder.
- Place your hand on the opposite side of your head to apply a slight pressure for a deeper stretch.
- Hold the stretch for 20-30 seconds.
- Slowly return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
