To deepen the stretch, lean forward at the hips rather than rounding your back.
How-to-do Steps
- Sit on the floor with your legs straight out in front of you.
- Reach forward and grab the balls of your feet with your hands.
- Gently pull your feet towards you while keeping your knees straight.
- Hold the stretch for 20-30 seconds.
- Release and repeat if necessary.
