How-to-do Steps
- Lie on one side and place the foam roller under the lower part of one leg.
- Support your upper body with your forearm.
- Cross your other leg over and place the foot on the floor for balance.
- Roll along the side of the calf, from the knee to the ankle.
- Repeat for the desired duration, then switch legs.
