How-to-do Steps
- Sit on a chair with your feet flat on the floor and a resistance band looped around the balls of your feet.
- Hold the ends of the band with your hands to create tension.
- Press your toes down against the resistance of the band, lifting your heels off the ground.
- Slowly lower your heels back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
