How-to-do Steps
- Stand with your feet together and take a large step to the side with one foot.
- Bend the knee of the stepping leg to lower into a side lunge, keeping the other leg straight.
- Pulse up and down in this lunge position by slightly raising and lowering your body.
- Push off the bent leg to return to the starting position.
- Repeat on the other side for the desired number of repetitions.
