How-to-do Steps
- Stand or sit upright with good posture.
- Tilt your head to one side, bringing your ear towards your shoulder.
- Use your hand on the same side to gently apply pressure for a deeper stretch.
- Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds.
- Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
