How-to-do Steps
- Stand with feet hip-width apart.
- Take a large step forward with one foot and lower your hips to the ground until both knees are bent at a 90-degree angle.
- Keep your torso upright and your front knee directly above your ankle.
- Hold the stretch for 20-30 seconds.
- Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
