How-to-do Steps

  1. Sit on the leverage machine and adjust the pad so it rests on your lower shin, just above your foot.
  2. Secure the opposite leg and ensure your back is against the pad.
  3. Slowly extend the working leg until it is straight, squeezing your quadriceps.
  4. Lower the weight back to the starting position without letting the weight stack rest.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions before switching legs.
