How-to-do Steps
- Stand parallel to a sturdy box or platform at an appropriate height.
- Bend your knees and swing your arms to propel yourself sideways onto the box.
- Land with both feet on the box, knees slightly bent.
- Step down carefully and reset before performing the jump to the other side.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, alternating sides.
