Keep your spine in a neutral position and avoid overextending your neck to prevent strain.
How-to-do Steps
- Kneel on the floor with your back straight.
- Gently tilt your head to one side, bringing your ear towards your shoulder until a stretch is felt on the opposite side of your neck.
- Place your hand on the side of your head to apply a slight pressure for a deeper stretch.
- Hold the stretch for 20-30 seconds, then slowly return to the starting position.
- Repeat on the other side.
