Press through the balls of your feet and squeeze your calf muscles at the top of the movement for maximum engagement.
How-to-do Steps
- Stand upright holding a kettlebell in one hand by your side.
- Place your other hand on a support for balance if needed.
- Raise your heels off the ground by pushing through the balls of your feet.
- Hold the contraction at the top for a moment.
- Slowly lower your heels back to the ground.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch the kettlebell to the other hand.
