How-to-do Steps
- Begin in a standing position with your feet together.
- Jump up and split your legs, landing with one foot forward and the other back, in a lunge position.
- Jump up again and switch the position of your legs in mid-air.
- Land in a lunge position with the opposite leg forward.
- Continue alternating lunges with each jump for the desired number of repetitions.
