How-to-do Steps

- Stand with your feet slightly apart, knees slightly bent.
- Turn the rope with wrist movements, allowing it to pass under your feet.
- Jump with both feet at the same time, just high enough to clear the rope.
- Maintain a steady rhythm and keep your jumps low to the ground.
- Continue for the desired time or number of jumps.
