How-to-do Steps

  1. Sit on the leg extension machine and adjust the pad so it rests on your lower shins, just above your feet.
  2. Grasp the side handles for stability.
  3. Extend your legs at the knees to raise the weight.
  4. Hold the contraction at the top for a moment.
  5. Slowly lower the weight back to the starting position.
  6. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
