How-to-do Steps
- Stand upright with your feet hip-width apart.
- Lift your heels off the ground, rising onto your toes to engage your calves.
- Walk forward on your tiptoes for a set number of steps or distance.
- Keep your core engaged and back straight as you walk.
- Slowly lower your heels back to the ground after completing the walk.
