How-to-do Steps

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and raise your arms straight above your head.
  2. Brace your core and keep your chest up as you lower into a squat, pushing your hips back and down.
  3. Go as low as you can while keeping your heels on the ground and your arms overhead.
  4. Drive through your heels to return to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
