How-to-do Steps
- Stand on the band with both feet, making sure it's securely under the balls of your feet.
- Hold the other end of the band with your hands at shoulder level.
- Push through the balls of your feet to raise your heels off the ground as high as possible.
- Slowly lower your heels back to the ground and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
