Stand firmly on the band and maintain tension throughout the exercise to ensure constant resistance.
How-to-do Steps
- Stand on the middle of the band with feet shoulder-width apart, holding the ends of the band at shoulder height.
- Squat down while keeping the band under tension.
- As you stand up, press your arms overhead, extending them fully.
- Lower your arms back to shoulder height as you move into the next squat.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
