Back Slaps Wrap Around Stretch

How-to-do Steps

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Extend one arm across your body.
  3. With the opposite hand, gently press the extended arm closer to your chest to deepen the stretch.
  4. Hold for a few seconds, then release and swing the arm back and around to slap your lower back.
  5. Alternate arms and repeat the stretch.
