Back Slaps Wrap Around Stretch
Expert Advice
Keep your movements fluid and do not force the stretch. It should feel comfortable and help to release tension in the upper body.
How-to-do Steps
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Extend one arm across your body.
- With the opposite hand, gently press the extended arm closer to your chest to deepen the stretch.
- Hold for a few seconds, then release and swing the arm back and around to slap your lower back.
- Alternate arms and repeat the stretch.
