How-to-do Steps

  1. Start in a push-up position.
  2. Step your right foot forward to the outside of your right hand, entering a low lunge position.
  3. Raise your right hand towards the sky, rotating your torso while keeping your left hand on the ground.
  4. Return your right hand to the ground and step back into the push-up position.
  5. Repeat on the left side.
