How-to-do Steps
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Extend your arms out to the sides at shoulder height.
- Twist your torso to the right, pivoting on your left foot.
- Return to the center and then twist to the left, pivoting on your right foot.
- Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
