How-to-do Steps
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Hold a stick above your head with a wide grip.
- Gently lean to one side, keeping your arms straight.
- Hold the stretch for 20-30 seconds.
- Return to the starting position and lean to the other side.
- Repeat for the desired number of sets.
