How-to-do Steps
- Position yourself under the Smith machine bar with it resting on your shoulders.
- Step away from the rack and place your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Slightly bend your knees and maintain this bend throughout the exercise.
- Hinge at the hips and lower your torso until it is nearly parallel with the floor.
- Return to the starting position by extending your hips and pushing your heels into the ground.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
