How-to-do Steps
- Stand on the sled machine platform with your back against the pad and shoulders under the shoulder pads.
- Place your feet at shoulder-width apart.
- Unlock the safety handles and lower your body by bending your knees, keeping your back flat against the pad.
- Push through your heels to extend your legs and return to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
