How-to-do Steps
- Sit on the floor with your legs extended in front of you and arms behind you for support.
- Lean back slightly and lift your legs off the floor, keeping them together.
- Rotate your legs to one side, going as far as you can while maintaining control.
- Bring your legs back to the center and then rotate to the other side.
- Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
