How-to-do Steps
- Sit on the edge of a padded stool with your feet flat on the floor.
- Place your hands lightly behind your head or across your chest.
- Lean back slightly to engage your abs.
- Twist your torso to the right, bringing your left elbow towards your right knee.
- Return to the center and then twist to the left, bringing your right elbow towards your left knee.
- Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
