Side Bend Arm Stretch
Expert Advice
Keep your hips square and avoid leaning forward or backward to isolate the stretch on the side of your torso.
How-to-do Steps
- Stand straight with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Raise one arm overhead and reach towards the opposite side.
- Bend your torso to the side, keeping your arm close to your ear.
- Hold the stretch for a few seconds, then return to the starting position.
- Repeat on the other side.
