How-to-do Steps
- Lie face down with your arms extended out to the sides, forming a 'T' shape.
- Gently lift one leg off the ground and bring it over the opposite leg, trying to touch the floor on the other side.
- Hold the stretch for a moment, feeling it in your lower back, glutes, and obliques.
- Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
