- Start in a high lunge with your front knee bent.
- Bring your palms together at heart center.
- Lean forward and twist, placing your opposite elbow outside of your front knee.
- Press into your palms to deepen the twist, extending your top arm if comfortable.
- Hold for several breaths, then switch sides.
