How-to-do Steps
- Start in a squat position with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Lower your body into a squat, keeping your back straight and chest up.
- Explosively jump up as high as you can.
- As you land, immediately sink back into the squat position to complete one rep.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
