How-to-do Steps
- Stand with feet together and hands at your sides.
- Take a large step to the side with one foot, bending the knee of the leading leg while keeping the other leg straight.
- Push off with the bent leg to return to the starting position.
- Repeat on the other side, alternating for the desired number of repetitions.
