- Begin in a high plank position with your hands directly under your shoulders.
- Tap your left shoulder with your right hand while keeping your core tight and maintaining the plank position.
- Place your right hand back on the ground and repeat with your left hand to your right shoulder.
- Continue alternating taps while keeping your body in a straight line.
