How-to-do Steps
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Lower into a squat position, keeping your back straight and chest lifted.
- Pause at the bottom for a count of two.
- Drive through your heels to stand back up to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
