How-to-do Steps
- Lie on your back with both knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
- Bring one knee towards your chest, holding it with both hands.
- Gently pull the knee closer to your chest to deepen the stretch in the glute and hip area.
- Hold the position for a few seconds before releasing.
- Repeat with the other leg.
