Expert Advice
Control the movement with your core muscles to prevent your lower back from arching off the floor.
How-to-do Steps
- Lie on your back with your arms by your sides, knees bent, and feet lifted to form a 90-degree angle at the hips and knees.
- Slowly lower one foot to tap the floor, keeping the knee bent.
- Return the foot to the starting position and repeat with the other leg.
- Alternate tapping each foot while keeping your core tight and engaged.
