How-to-do Steps
- Lie on your back with your legs straight and arms by your sides.
- Lift one leg off the ground, keeping it straight, and raise it to a 45-degree angle.
- Lower it back down and repeat with the other leg, alternating in a marching motion.
- Continue alternating legs for the desired number of reps.
