How-to-do Steps

  1. Lie on your side with legs extended, one leg on top of the other.
  2. Rest your lower arm on the ground for support and place your top hand on your hip.
  3. Raise the top leg upwards while keeping it straight.
  4. Lower it back down without letting it touch the bottom leg.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions before switching sides.
