How-to-do Steps
- Lie on your back on the floor with your legs straight and arms at your sides.
- Lift your legs up towards the ceiling while keeping them straight.
- Raise your hips off the floor by engaging your abs and pushing down with your arms.
- Lower your hips back to the floor and then your legs without letting them touch the floor.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
