How-to-do Steps
- Lie on your back on a comfortable surface.
- Bend your knees and place the soles of your feet together.
- Let your knees fall out to the sides, creating a diamond shape with your legs.
- Gently press your knees towards the ground with your hands or elbows for a deeper stretch.
- Hold the stretch for 20-30 seconds, then release.
- Repeat if necessary.
