How-to-do Steps
- Stand up straight with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Select the desired weight on the leverage machine.
- Grasp the machine handles with an underhand grip.
- Curl one arm towards your shoulder, squeezing the bicep at the top.
- Slowly lower the handle back to the starting position.
- Alternate arms and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
