How-to-do Steps
- Stand on a stepbox with feet wider than shoulder-width apart, toes pointing outwards.
- Hold a kettlebell with both hands in front of you.
- Lower into a squat, keeping your back straight and chest up.
- Push through your heels to return to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
