Kettlebell Suitcase Deadlift
Expert Advice
Keep your core braced and your body symmetrical to avoid tilting to one side, which can put undue stress on your spine.
How-to-do Steps
- Stand with a kettlebell on the outside of one foot, feet hip-width apart.
- Bend at the hips and knees, keeping your back straight, and grip the kettlebell handle with one hand.
- Engage your core and lift the kettlebell by straightening your hips and knees, keeping the weight close to your side.
- Lower the kettlebell back to the floor with control.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions before switching to the other side.
