How-to-do Steps
- Hold a kettlebell at chest level with both hands.
- Extend one leg straight out in front of you.
- Slowly lower your body while keeping the extended leg off the ground.
- Squat down as low as you can, keeping your heel on the ground and back straight.
- Press through your heel to return to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of reps and switch legs.
