How-to-do Steps
- Stand with feet hip-width apart holding a kettlebell by the handle with both hands in front of your chest.
- Step forward into a lunge position with your right leg.
- As you lunge, twist your torso to the right, keeping the kettlebell at chest height.
- Twist back to center as you push through your right heel to return to the starting position.
- Repeat on the left side and continue alternating for the desired number of repetitions.
