How-to-do Steps
- Stand upright holding a kettlebell in your right hand.
- Step forward into a lunge with your left leg.
- Pass the kettlebell under your left thigh from your right hand to your left.
- Push off your left foot to return to the starting position.
- Repeat the movement, lunging forward with the right leg and passing the kettlebell to the right hand.
- Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
