How-to-do Steps
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a kettlebell in your right hand with an overhead lockout.
- Turn your feet at a 45-degree angle away from the kettlebell.
- Keeping your right arm extended overhead, push your hips to the right and slide your left hand down your left leg.
- Lower your torso until you feel a stretch in your right hamstring, keeping the kettlebell stable.
- Reverse the motion to return to the starting position.
- Complete the desired number of repetitions before switching sides.
