How-to-do Steps
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Lower into a squat position, keeping your back straight and chest up.
- Explosively jump up as high as you can from the squat position.
- Land softly on the balls of your feet and immediately lower back into the squat position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
